HI-SEAS is a pioneering publisher of scholarly articles specializing in the intersection between urban history and diaspora studies. H-SEAS was established to address the academic need for a deeper understanding of the dynamics of cities as spaces of encounter, conflict, and transformation for diaspora communities.
